Access to Teleroute GO, Teleroute PRO and Teleroute ACTIVE

To access the Freight and Vehicle Exchange, a company:

• Needs to have successfully passed the level 1 verification to have access to Teleroute GO or have passed level 2 for Teleroute PRO or Teleroute ACTIVE – verification is mandatory for all users.

These conditions apply to new customers.

Verification levels

No company can become level 3 verified automatically; every company has to request the verification for level 3 to Teleroute. Only companies with level 2 can have access to level 3 verification. The verification levels have no contractual or legal value, and Teleroute cannot be held responsible for any consequences related to this information or the verification level. All customers that join Teleroute from 2010 onwards have gone through this international process, and all customers that joined prior to this have followed other local processes and have been granted a level 2 verification under the condition that they provided all information requested by Teleroute.
