1. How do I subscribe to the Code of Conduct?
You can subscribe in the Safe Market Place tab in the Freight Exchange.
2. Who has to subscribe to the Code of Conduct?
An authorized person with executive responsibility needs to subscribe to the Code of Conduct for your company.
3. How do I report a breach of the Code of Conduct?
You can report a breach by calling your local Teleroute helpdesk.
4. Which actions will be taken against the defaulter?
The actions and sanctions are directly related to the gravity of the breach, each breach will be evaluated on a one-to-one basis.
5. Who will impose the sanction?
An international Business Security Panel at Teleroute lays down any sanctions against defaulters.
6. What is the role of the International Business Security Panel?
To monitor customer behavior as well as the usage of the Freight and Vehicle Exchange, and to take actions and sanctions when a breach has occurred.
7. What is the legal value of Verification?
The verification levels have no contractual or legal value, and Teleroute can not be held responsible for any consequences related to the verification level of a company and to the information published in the Transport Company Directory.
8. How do I become level 2 verified?
Depending on the agreement you have with Teleroute you can be level 2 verified. For more information contact your local helpdesk.
9. How do I become level 3 verified?
If your company is level 2 verified, please fax one or more valid certificates that belong to your company to +48 22 539 5831 (see list in question 10), with your Teleroute number on it. If the documents match our requirements your company will be promoted to level 3.
10. Which documents must I submit to Teleroute if I want my company to be level 3 verified?
For level 3 Verification you need to submit valid copies to Teleroute of one or more certificates issued to your company from the list below. Examples include:
- AEO
- ISO
- TÜV
- An audit certification
- Transport Insurance
11. What happens if I have lost one of my external certificates or it has expired?
If it is the last valid certificate that Teleroute received from your company, your Company profile will be updated and your company will become level 2 verified. But if you have other valid certificates you will keep your level 3 and only the non valid certificate will be removed from your Company profile in the Transport Company Directory.
12. What is e-Confirm?
e-Confirm is a tool to easily and safely confirm a deal online.
13. Why would I use e-Confirm?
By using e-Confirm, the poster is always sure about who contacted him for a freight. This is about doing business more safely, but it also results in less (communication) errors.
14. Why do we have a new payment terms value field in the posting form?
To make the payment terms more visible in the Freight and Vehicle Exchange, Teleroute added a new mandatory field that can be updated and changed by the poster each time he posts an offer.
15. How do I set my default payment terms value in my posting form in Teleroute PRO?
In Freight and Vehicles, select Post Freight and Search for Vehicles – then select Templates in the left navigation field, select Create a new template, set your default payment terms value and click on Save. Or select one of your existing templates, click on Modify, enter your default value and click on Modify to save it.
16. How do I set my default payment terms value in my posting form in Teleroute ACTIVE?
To change the default value of "Payment Terms" on T-Active - Click on the “Post Freight and search vehicle” tab, then select the Templates tab. Select a template on the left part of your screen or create a new one by clicking on “Create a new template button”. In the template, change the “Due in X days” by an existing value from the list or by your own value that you would like to have as default and click the Modify (or Save) button. Each offer you create from now on will have this value.
17. Does every Teleroute user have a company profile in the Transport Company Directory?
Not all Teleroute customers have their data published in the Transport Company Directory. There are still customers on old platforms who don’t have a company profile in the Transport Company Directory.
